Proceedings of the IEEE EDOC 2014 Conference

Opens internal link in current windowManfred Reichert is co-editor of the Proceedings of the Opens external link in new window18th IEEE International Enterprise Distributed Object Computing Conference (EDOC 2014). The EDOC 2014 conference and workshop proceedings have been published by the IEEE Computer Press. Professor Reichert was General Chair of the EDOC 2014 conference, which was organized by the DBIS team in Ulm, Germany, from 1st to 5th September 2014.

A great honor for the researchers! The paper entitled “Change Patterns and Change Support Features in Process-Aware Information Systems”, which had been originally presented at the CAiSE'07 conference in Trondheim, was selected as one of the most seminal works published in the last 25 years in the prestigious CAiSE conference series. The paper has been co-authored by Barbara Weber, Manfred Reichert and Stefanie Rinderle-Ma and now been re-printed in a Springer book.

BPM Best of Time Award 2013

Great Success for the DBIS team! In the context of the BPM 2013 conference in Beijing, the Steering Committee of the Business Process Management conference series handed out the BPM Test of Time Award 2013 to Stefanie Rinderle-Ma, Manfred Reichert, and Peter Dadam for their paper Evaluation of Correctness Criteria for Dynamic Workflow Changes presented at BPM 2003 in Eindhoven.
